Welcome to Fountain AI ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at www.fountain-ai.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Fountain AI is a financial data aggregation and analysis platform. We aggregate publicly available data from sources including the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED), Yahoo Finance, and the U.S. Congress API. We present this data alongside analytical tools including statistical models and visualizations.

The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

The information, data, forecasts, charts, analysis, and any other content provided through the Service:

Does not constitute financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice

The Service offers a free tier with limited functionality and paid subscription tiers with expanded access. Free accounts are limited to data for Apple Inc. (AAPL). Subscription terms and pricing are communicated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing or features with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fountain AI and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Your use of or inability to use the Service
Any investment decisions made based on information from the Service
Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any data or content
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and original content, is the property of Fountain AI LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Underlying third-party data (SEC filings, FRED data, etc.) remains the property of the respective data providers.

The Service aggregates data from the following third-party sources, each subject to their own terms:

SEC EDGAR (public domain)
Federal Reserve Economic Data — FRED (public domain)
Yahoo Finance (via public APIs)
Congress.gov API (public domain)

9. Privacy

We collect your email address and store a hashed (encrypted) version of your password for account authentication. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic. By using the Service you consent to this data collection.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will indicate the date of last update at the top of this page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Illinois.
